Help Groups

Find services near you >

We are often asked if we know of any 'real life' support groups, so we have made a list of support groups across the UK for carers and those suffering mental health issues. We are keen to expand this list, especially to find groups specifically for people with borderline personality disorder. If you run or know of a group that you want to add to this list please fill in the form here.
