How long does it take to recieve my VIP subscription pack?

Once we have recieved your details it usually takes up to 14 days to make up your pack, subscription members card and post it out to you. If you have not received it after 14 days please contact us.

How do I log into the subscription members area?

The subscription members area can be found here: https://www.bpdworld.org/subs. Your username and password will be sent out to you in your pack and can be found on your subscriptions card.

What are the passwords to gain access to the VIP services?

The passwords can be found in the subscription members area. These passwords will be changed frequently.(You should NEVER give out the passwords to anyone else, doing so will result in you loosing access to the VIP sections. No refunds will be issued)

How do I get priority responses to tickets?

To get priority responses to tickets you need to log into the subscription members area and fill in the form on the submit a ticket page. Submitting a ticket by any other means will not qualify you for the priority response.
